Ace & Momo LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Ace Restaurant Tools platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address and encrypted password when you create an account
• Usage data: the content you generate using the tool, including social media posts, review responses, and inquiry replies
• Restaurant information: menu items, pricing, and operational details you provide to configure the tool
• Images: photos you upload for social media posting, which are processed and stored temporarily via Cloudinary

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Ace Restaurant Tools platform
• Generate content on your behalf using AI models
• Publish content to your connected social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) when you authorize it
• Authenticate your identity and protect your account
• Improve and maintain the platform

3. Social Media and Business Listing Integrations

When you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Google Business Profile to Ace Restaurant Tools, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant through each platform's OAuth authorization flow. We use these permissions solely to publish content to your own accounts on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your social media or business listing data for advertising purposes.

Our use of Meta platform data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our use of Google Business Profile data complies with Google's API Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile API policies. We access only the listings owned or managed by the authenticated user, and no Google Business Profile data is shared with or transferred to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account credentials are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage and Railway for backend hosting, both of which maintain their own security standards.

Images uploaded for posting are processed via Cloudinary and may be retained temporarily. We do not permanently store images beyond what is necessary for posting.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Anthropic — AI content generation
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — social media publishing
• Google — Google Business Profile listing management and publishing
• Cloudinary — image processing and hosting
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Railway — backend hosting
• Vercel — frontend hosting

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform (the services listed above) or as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at amllcoperations@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
